Retention of Title Clause
Notwithstanding any delivery (in whole part) of the good property therein shall not pass to you until the whole of the purchase price payable hereunder shall have been paid by you or on your behalf.
Claims
No claim for non-delivery can be recognised by us unless it is reported to us within 7 days from delivery date. All Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
